Lil Wayne has been added to the concert lineup for the NBA All-Star Weekend in Indianapolis, alongside T-Pain, Keith Urban and others set to perform. The weekend will begin with a Tip-Off at Bicentennial Unity Plaza on Feb. 15, followed by a practice for the Panini Rising Stars game at Gainbridge Fieldhouse at 12:30 p.m. the next day, according to the NBA’s schedule.
