TWIX is using that dual-track identity as part of its push for TWIX Bits, with Ball promoting the idea of a “Two-Way Contract” for fans embracing multiple talents. The brand is offering fans a chance to submit their own “two-ness” for a shot at $2,000 toward those pursuits. Ball sees himself as both an artist and a still-capable basketball player. “I feel like I’m in the position to play in the NBA,” Ball told Heavy. “If they ever did ask, I could go tomorrow and start playing and working out and stuff.”
Ball was straightforward when asked to define his current professional focus. He did not present basketball and music as equal priorities at this stage. “Music’s my main career choice,” he said, while adding that he still plays regularly and keeps his game in shape. That distinction matters. It separates Ball’s current path from the kind of vague “still pursuing everything” answer that can make athlete-musician crossover stories feel flimsy. He gave a real answer. Basketball remains part of his life, but music is the job now. At the same time, Ball said he still runs with his brothers and with NBA players when they are back home, and he made it clear he does not view himself as removed from the game. “I do play basketball like with my brothers and some NBA dudes when they come home and stuff,” Ball said. “So, I keep my game always touched up pretty much.”
