The 167-page complaint is the third of its kind for In Re EthereumMax Investor Litigation. In addition to Pierce and Mayweather, it names Kim Kardashian, Russell Davis and Antonio Brown as “promoter” defendants and a group of businesspeople as “executive” defendants. Pierce is also listed as an “insider trading” defendant.

A source close to the situation tells us the allegation is absolutely false, and just another example of a desperate man trying to shift the focus away from his own wrongdoings. The source says, "This is not true and sadly it’s an ongoing pattern with Kanye — attacking Kim to redirect everyone’s attention after a day of crazy antics where he has said every hateful and offensive thing he can possibly dream of."

Lamar Odom misses the Kardashians 'tremendously'
Only one month after meeting, Odom and Kardashian married in September 2009. Kardashian filed for divorce in December 2013, but it was withdrawn after Odom was found unconscious at a Nevada brothel. It was refiled and finalized in 2016. “Unfortunately, you know, due to my behavior and some bad decisions, we don’t really talk any longer,” Odom said on SiriusXM’s Radio Andy. “I miss their family tremendously. We have to live with the decisions that we make and then, hopefully in time people heal and (will) be able to forgive me.”
“Of course, anyone’s always gonna miss love,” Odom said. “That’s genuine. You know, the personalities, just spending time with them, it was one of the best times in my adult life.” Kardashian has a three-year old daughter with Boston Celtics forward Tristan Thompson.
