Dwyane Wade: Y’all know how good Norman is. He was an All-Star this year out there in the West. And so, for the Heat to be able to get a player like that with Bam with Tyler, as the one-two options, like, all right, great! All right, let's go. Dorell Wright: He's a Heat culture guy. He spoke on that when he got traded and talked about him going to Miami that he's Heat culture. He checks all the boxes. He checks all the boxes for a Heat guy.
Dorell Wright: If I coach, it'll have to be for the Miami Heat or the San Antonio Spurs. That's the only stability. No Golden State. That's the only stability in the NBA. Everybody else, you're going to move your whole family and you're going to be out in about a year or two.
Dorell Wright: "I remember Pat Riley calling my agent right before they drafted me and said, 'Do you think Dorell can handle Miami?' I told him, 'Yeah, what do you mean?' Then I’m on South Beach hanging with my teammates, being grown at 18 and 19. Pat called me into the office, 'Man, you need to stop hanging out on the beach. You're underage. You need to go to the University of Miami with people your age.' "

"We keep bringing up the game he had when he only took 11 dribbles and had 60 points or something like that, that's so crazy to me.”
Dorell Wright: "The way he approaches the game, he plays on both ends, he's not one of those superstars that's like, 'come on, this guy,' he doesn't complain, just goes about his business, brings his hard hat and his lunch pail every day."
