Stephen Curry will be joining Olympic teammates LeBron James and Kevin Durant once again, this time at the NBA All-Star Game. The league announced the rosters for this season's midseason showcase event Tuesday night, splitting 25 names onto three squads. It's the debut of another new All-Star format -- this one U.S. vs. World, on Feb. 15 at the LA Clippers' home in Inglewood, California.

The Golden State Warriors have involved Draymond Green in active trade conversation in advance of Thursday's deadline, league sources told ESPN, putting his 14-season run with the franchise in jeopardy.
General manager Mike Dunleavy and controlling owner Joe Lacob have maintained a motivation to get a trade for Giannis Antetokounmpo across the finish line and, as part of that, Green's name has been involved in the framework of available offers to the Milwaukee Bucks, league sources said.

The focus has been on the Miamis, and Minnesota’s because those are believed to be teams Giannis would like to end up with. Golden State was described as one of those team for a half decade but there has been some questions, and rumbles lately if Giannis is still armored with the idea of teaming up with the Warriors as he once was 4-5 years ago and there is some active skepticism about that, that he doesn’t see the Warriors as a landing spot

Draymond Green: I know everyone is looking for a response to Dillon Brooks’ comments about podcast. He was speaking on me and Paul George doing podcasting. He said they're not good at basketball, so focus on hoops. I don't really feel the need to get in back and forth. If I was Dillon Brooks I wouldn't have too much love for this podcast either, being how he was annihilated on this podcast, possibly aided in him being traded away from the Memphis Grizzlies where he ultimately said he really enjoyed playing there. So I get it. I completely get it. And yeah he said we talk too much on our podcast, but he's been kind of going on other people's streams and just like talking too much, if you will. I found it funny. I thought it was cute like those guys talk too much on those podcast. There are some people that you can go talk to that about. You say they're not good at basketball. When I started this podcast, what made guys really comfortable with having these podcast was because I was an All-Star and an NBA champion in the same year. We heard that that noise before.

Heat Central: The Warriors or Timberwolves didn’t have any counter offers from the Bucks as of yesterday, per @sam_amick “The Warriors came out the gate real strong going after Giannis. It feels very much like the Bucks essentially took their offer and have been shopping it to everyone else. Late yesterday, Warriors had no counter offer from the Bucks and waiting for clarity. That was also the case for Minnesota. People are studying the way the Bucks are moving they aren’t really going back and forth”

According to NBA insider Jake Fischer, "Golden State is aware of recent rumblings that Antetokounmpo can't be assumed to be as eager as he was once perceived to be to relocate to Stephen Curry's town and team." Fischer added that some "suspect Antetokounmpo could be turned off by" the prospect of playing on an older team, as well as "facing the same sort of criticism" Houston Rockets star Kevin Durant received when he left Oklahoma City for Golden State in 2016. Fischer noted that one source said the one-time champion "wants to win," but also cares "about the arc of his professional story."

Warriors star Stephen Curry will miss Tuesday night's game against the Philadelphia 76ers with a persistent right knee issue that forced him out of Golden State's previous game. The team is officially listing the injury as patellofemoral pain syndrome, also known as "runner's knee," typically consisting of swelling and pain around the kneecap.

Danny Emerman: Buddy Hield stepped to the podium after practice and joked about the trade deadline. "Why do you guys want to talk to me, am I getting traded?" Does this deadline feel different given how much smoke is out there? "Whatever happens, happens. I'm just thankful to have a job."
