Valanciunas joined Stephen Curry as the only players this season to record at least 35 points, 10 rebounds and 7 3-pointers in a game -- and both did it against the Clippers. Valanciunas also became the first player in NBA history to have seven 3-pointers and seven offensive rebounds in the same game. He is just the sixth player since play-by-play tracking began in 1996 to go at least 7-of-7 from 3-point range in a half, joining Trevor Ariza (2014), Curry (2013), Ben Gordon (2012), Shawne Williams (2011) and Raef LaFrentz, according to ESPN Stats & Information research.

NBA free agent and former Memphis Tigers basketball player Shawne Williams was arrested Thursday night for DUI and other related charges after a car accident in Midtown Memphis. Police responded to a DUI call at the intersection of East Pkwy. and Union Ave. around 7:30 p.m. that Williams was involved in. The 29-year-old left the scene, but returned approximately 20 minutes after officers responded.

"You might target some players you might not get (in free agency)," Bucks director of scouting Billy McKinney said. "If you can fill that need in the draft, that's also a positive thing. "Nothing is guaranteed until they agree to the deal and sign it. So we're kind of juggling a lot of balls right now and preparing for free agency. "We have 16 players on our roster right now so we're going to have to make some roster adjustments prior to the season starting." Two of those players are Caron Butler and Shawne Williams, acquired from the Pistons in the Ilyasova deal but not in the Bucks' plans. Both players have non-guaranteed contracts for next season.

“Ersan Ilyasova is a player we have coveted since we got to Detroit,” said Stan Van Gundy, Head Coach and President of Basketball Operations for the Detroit Pistons. “Not only is he a proficient three-point shooter that can stretch the floor, he is a high-energy, hard-playing guy who fits extremely well with how we want to play. We are excited about what he can add to our team.”
