Ex-Pistons player Saben Lee signed with Greek team Olympiacos BC until the 2026-27 season.
Last year the Suns held a family event at their north Phoenix practice facility. Booker got there early, Chapman said. Played with everyone’s kids. While doing so, Booker learned that teammate Saben Lee had a younger brother named Aubry who loved cars. Booker, known for his collection of classic cars, took Aubry outside and showed him his pink 1958 Chevy convertible. The two talked and took photos. “Obviously, Book is considered a high-level athlete, a celebrity on the highest level,” Lee said from Turkey, where he is playing this season. “To do something like that, which to him might not be that significant, but to my little brother and me, it definitely meant a lot. That’s something my little brother will remember for the rest of his life. It just goes to show you Book’s character, the way that he was raised and the way that he still is.”
The Suns initially signed Thomas largely due to backup point guard Saben Lee having just four games left as a two-way player. Vogel said Thomas will likely remain the team's third point guard. "We'll see," Vogel said. "As long as we're fully healthy, he'll be in the same spot." ... "I don't have anything to prove," said Thomas when asked before Friday's game what he needs to do to play. "When it's time, they know what I bring. I'm just going to stay ready, stay super positive knowing that whether I play or not, I can make an impact, a winning impact, but whenever my name is called, I'm going to be ready to do my thing."
Duane Rankin: Frank Vogel looks at Isaiah Thomas as someone who can bring depth right now as he said two-way player Saben Lee has just four games left. "We don't want to use (Lee's) games up if he's not going to be in the rotation." #Suns #Bucks

Duane Rankin: Still vacationing. Still working. Udoka Azubuike agreed to 2-way with Phoenix Suns, sources confirm to @azcentral . Can have three 2-way guys. Saben Lee on one. Sources told The Republic this summer Trey Jemison, who was on Suns summer league team, was on #Suns radar for 2-way.

Shams Charania: Suns' overall rotation will consist of multiple ball-handlers able to initiate offense, including Beal, Goodwin, Devin Booker, Kevin Durant, free-agent acquisition Eric Gordon and two-way guard Saben Lee.
Gerald Bourguet: Including the non-guaranteed/partially guaranteed deals for Ish Wainright and Jordan Goodwin, the Suns are at 15 players. Likely means two-way deals for Toumani Camara and Saben Lee, and that Torrey Craig/Bismack Biyombo are gone unless someone (Isaiah Todd?) is waived

Mike Curtis: Dwane Casey on #Suns two-way guard Saben Lee's return to Detroit: "Saben, he's an energy bunny. He's a guy that plays hard. He directs the team. He's a team-first point guard. First of all, I'm happy for him. I'm happy that he's found a place. It's just great for his career."
Duane Rankin: Monty Williams said there were some "financial implications" in regards to the decisions to sign Saben Lee to a two-way and waive Duane Washington Jr., who was on a two-way. #Suns
Duane Rankin: Saben Lee is no longer with Phoenix Suns as his 2nd 10-day expired. His second 10-day ran through Monday. Lee played his final game of second 10-day Monday vs. Raptors. Phoenix had to sign the Corona del Sol graduate for the rest of the season to keep him on the roster. #Suns
