Orazio Cauchi: Former NBA big man Josh Harrellson signed with Sunrockers Shibuya in Japan, the team announced.
The alleged victims in the scheme are identified in the indictment only by initials, but sources told Yahoo Sports that three of the four are Utah Jazz guard Shelvin Mack (“S.M.”) and former NBA players Darius Miller (“D.M.”) and Josh Harrellson (“J.D.H.”).

According to the website RealGm.com, the three players all have the same agent, Doug Neustadt. A phone message left for Neustadt was not immediately returned Monday. Mack, Miller and Harrellson all declined to comment on the matter.
The Washington Wizards announced today that the team has waived center Josh Harrellson, guards Jaron Johnson and Toure Murry, center Jaleel Roberts and guard Ish Smith. Harrellson appeared in seven preseason games, recording 27 points and 12 rebounds over 51 minutes.
Teams around the league began trimming their rosters for the regular season last week but the Wizards aren’t expected to make their cuts until after their current road trip, which concludes in Montreal on Friday, because their roster is so depleted with injuries. Washington already has 15 players with guaranteed contracts, so barring a last-minute change, the five non-guaranteed training camp invitees — Toure’ Murry, Ish Smith, Josh Harrellson, Jaleel Roberts and Jaron Johnson — will be released.
Washington Wizards President Ernie Grunfeld announced today that the team has signed guards Jaron Johnson, Toure' Murry and Ish Smith and centers Josh Harrellson and Jaleel Roberts. Per team policy, terms of the deals were not released. Wizards training camp, presented by Draft Ops, begins on Tuesday, Sept. 29, at SECU Arena on the campus of Towson University. The team will hold their first three practice sessions (Sept. 29-Oct. 1) in Baltimore before returning to Verizon Center for the remainder of camp.

As the Washington Mystics wrapped up practice Thursday morning at Verizon Center ahead of their Game 1 playoff matchup in New York, a group of rather tall men entered the practice court. The Washington Wizards don't begin training camp until later this month, but many of the players are already working out together. Bradley Beal and Otto Porter were part of the group getting their conditioning game on. Roster mainstay Garrett Temple, rookie Kelly Oubre Jr., newcomers Gary Neal and Alan Anderson were on hand. Also part of the 10 or so players, training camp invitees Toure Murry and Josh Harrellson.
In need of some big bodies, the Wizards have signed a couple centers, Josh Harrellson and Jaleel Roberts, to non-guaranteed contracts with invitations to training camp, which is slated to begin at Towson University on Sept. 29. Despite the lack of centers, both players are long shots to make the Wizards roster because it is already at the 15-man limit and the team plans to utilize more small-ball lineups this season.
Shams Charania: Free agent forward Josh Harrellson has agreed to a non-guaranteed deal with the Washington Wizards, league source tells Yahoo Sports.
