John Gambadoro: Trading Nick Richards opens up the third string backup Center spot for Khaman Maluach. The Suns also by getting under the first apron and tax and with one roster spot available can now sign anyone in regard to salary in the buyout market. In the past they were limited in which players they could target in the buyout market now that restriction is lifted.

Joel Lorenzi: Can confirm Bulls are sending Ousmane Dieng to Milwaukee, and Chicago is getting Nick Richards in a three-team deal involving the Suns. Nick Richards isn’t necessarily aged out of the timeline, but is 28. He’s also the only active true center Bulls have at the moment.

Shams Charania: The Bucks and Suns have expanded this to a three-team deal to include the Chicago Bulls: Ousmane Dieng to Milwaukee and Nick Richards to Chicago, sources said.

Bobby Marks: All 4 players in the Milwaukee/Phoenix trade are on expiring contracts. Phoenix is $2.2M below the tax and has room to sign a 15th player.
