Basketball Hall of Famer Dennis Rodman will be inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame, sources told ESPN's Shams Charania on Friday. Rodman, a five-time NBA champion with the Detroit Pistons and Chicago Bulls, has a four-match pro wrestling career, with three of those coming in WCW. He made his WCW debut in 1997 and famously skipped a practice during the 1998 NBA Finals to appear on "WCW Monday Nitro," where he set up a tag team match in which he partnered with Hulk Hogan to face Diamond Dallas Page and Karl Malone.
Tim Donaghy is set to make his return to officiating. Though he remains persona non grata anywhere near the National Basketball Association, Donaghy has agreed to appear as a referee for the Major League Wrestling promotion. “Pro wrestling is entertainment, and I always joked the NBA was a form of entertainment and I compared it a little bit to pro wrestling behind the scenes,” says Donaghy, who will be donning the striped official’s jersey for the first time since 2007. “When I was growing up, I always enjoyed pro wrestling, guys like Hulk Hogan and Ivan Putski. I thought it would be fun to get involved and see where it goes.”

Deep in the confines of the United Center lies a binder of undeveloped photos. It lives in a corner of the Chicago Bulls offices, and only appears during office tours for those who ask about it. The binder contains thousands of images reliving the Bulls’ finest years: Dennis Rodman posing off-the-court alongside Hulk Hogan, Scottie Pippen in mid-game action. And, of course, footage of Michael Jordan as the centerpiece of the Bulls’ championship runs in the 1990s. Luka Dukich, the Bulls director of digital content, knows how special the photos are. “We were sitting on this treasure trove of content that people hadn’t seen before,” he said.

Love flew in a makeup artist from Los Angeles to get him ready as WWE wrestler Sting — “I just felt like red,” he said of his face — and his girlfriend Kate Bock went as Hulk Hogan. The costume required Love to shave his facial hair.

The Hawks compare themselves to an expensive watch (“We’re all a gear,” says guard Kent Bazemore) and a deep-dish pizza (“We’re all a piece,” says Teague). When Teague took a charge this season, he hollered at Brand, “My first one ever!” And when he returned from a gimpy hamstring, he asked Budenholzer if he could come off the bench, “so I don’t mess us up.” A WWE devotee, Teague likens himself to Rey Mysterio, Korver to Shawn Michaels, Horford to Hulk Hogan, Millsap to The Undertaker. The team plays UNO or Spades together on the plane and adheres to breaking bread on the road, despite the limited menu options. “Coach takes us to these fancy Italian restaurants, with foie gras and escargot,” Brand laments. “We’re like, Hey, anybody got any french fries with ketchup over here?”

Chris Haynes: Apparently Hulk Hogan will be at tonight's game of #Cavs, Spurs. LeBron James got word, yelled "Joe [Harris], your dad is going to be here."

Hulk Hogan made an appearance at last night's Golden State Warriors NBA game in Oakland, which you can watch above. Hogan botched the pre-game speech. Stephen Curry and Klay Thompson of the Warriors are dubbed the Splash Brothers. Hogan got caught up in the moment and said that the Warriors would sink the Splash Bros. Hogan also took over the Golden State Warriors Twitter account for a little while, here are some of his Tweets: "I gotta say, those #SplashBrothers are one hell of a tag team. #HulkTakeover"

Shane Battier had stitches to remove and, apparently, too much free time with his razor. The result is, well . . . "I don't know what you call this," the Miami Heat forward said after Tuesday's practice at AmericanAirlines Arena. Oh, they called Battier's Fu Manchu plenty of things. "Hulk Hogan," teammate LeBron James chimed in. "All the Hulk-a-maniacs are going to be coming after him." "That," teammate Chris Bosh said, "is what happens when you've got a layoff, when you aren't playing. Dudes get bored."
