Duane Rankin: UPDATED: Suns coach Jordan Ott said he doesn't think Grayson Allen's left knee injury is "anything long-term." Will miss 2nd straight game tonight at Spurs with what Suns are listing as left knee soreness. "He's got to feel right. He plays at such a high level. We love what he does for our team." Haywood Highsmith (right knee injury management) and Royce O'Neale (left knee soreness) also OUT tonight. On Highsmith, who was added to the injury report after shootaround: "It's something that just popped up. Same thing. We're always going to be mindful that he did miss a significant portion of the season. Again, it's something we want him to feel right to go out there and perform. He plays so hard. Again, it's something he's missed time with. We're going to be cautious." On O'Neale, who will miss his first game of the season: "Some swelling in there. Nothing serious. Again, it's just something that just popped up. When you get this deep into the season, as many minutes as he's logged. He had a little ankle the other night in the game, but it isn't the ankle. Again, nothing serious, we hope, but just unable to go tonight." #Suns
