Michael Scotto: The Boston Celtics and Jalen Bridges have agreed to a deal, league sources told @hoopshype . Bridges will compete for a two-way spot in training camp. Bridges was a two-way player with the Phoenix Suns last season, appearing in eight NBA games.
The following 9 players are expected to for the Maine Celtics next season under head coach Phil Pressey, per sources: Ron Harper Jr, Jalen Bridges, Kendall Brown, Aaron Scott, Hayden Gray, Hason Ward, RJ Luis, Amari Williams, Max Shulga. Except for Luis, who the Celtics traded for last month, all of these players have either previously played for the Maine Celtics or the Celtics Summer League team.
Jay King: Jalen Bridges has been added to the Celtics summer league roster, I've been told, and will be going to camp with the team in the fall with a chance to make the roster. He played for Phoenix on a two-way contract as a rookie.
