Shams Charania: The Washington Wizards are re-signing 7-footer Tristan Vukcevic to a two-way NBA deal, sources tell ESPN. Vukcevic averaged 9.4 points and 3.7 rebounds in 14.6 minutes per game last season and will enter his third NBA campaign.
Josh Robbins: The Wizards indeed have reached an agreement with restricted free agent Tristan Vukcevic on a two-way contract, a league source confirmed. With this week's trade of Kelly Olynyk, retaining Vukcevic will help the team's big-man depth. But Washington will need to add at least one more big to have enough depth there, and that presumes the team will keep Richaun Holmes.
Blake Murphy: Raptors have signed Alijah Martin to a 2-way deal.
Kyle Neubeck: Had heard Barlow was a potential Sixers two-way guy last week but was some uncertainty (weird market when guys like Walker are taking two-ways) Another good value two-way signing. Young guy with size, good rate stats (particularly offensive rebounding) with NBA experience.

Michael Scotto: The Philadelphia 76ers are waiving two-way forward Alex Reese, league sources told @hoopshype . Reese averaged 16.1 points on 45.1% from the field and 39.3% from 3-point range, 6.9 rebounds, 1.8 blocks, and 1.2 steals for the Delaware Blue Coats and Rip City Remix in the G League.
To better understand the impact of the rule change it’s instructive to look at the G-League where the end of period heave rule was introduced for the first time last season. The chart below shows the location of every eligible heave attempt in the G-League in the past three seasons. Last season, the first season under the heave rule, G-League players attempted 575 eligible heaves, up from 373 the year before and 344 the year before that. In other words, the rule change corresponded with a greater than 50 percent increase in end of period heave attempts.

Nuggets assistant coach Ryan Bowen is set to replace Andre Miller as head coach of the G League affiliate Grand Rapids Gold next season, team sources told The Denver Post. Miller is leaving on his own terms to pursue other coaching opportunities, one source told The Post. He coached the Gold for the last three seasons.

Houston Rockets: The Houston Rockets have signed guard Kevon Harris to a two-way contract. Last season, Harris played in the G League for Atlanta’s affiliate, College Park, where he averaged 19.8 points and was named MVP of the G League Next Up Game held during NBA All-Star Weekend.

Michael Scotto: The New Orleans Pelicans and Trey Alexander have agreed to a two-way deal, league sources told @hoopshype . Alexander appeared in 24 games for the Denver Nuggets last season. He averaged 25.8 points (46.2% FG, 39.5% 3PT), 5.7 rebounds, 5.6 assists, and 1.6 steals in the G League.
