Knicks Guard Landry Shamet seems to have found a new side gig this offseason. While Shamet is likely still basking in the glory of the Knicks’ NBA title — the organization’s first in 53 years — he appeared to have taken up photography and was spotted at the U.S. Open on Tuesday night working on his craft during the Jessica Pegula-Emma Navarro quarterfinal match. An eagle-eyed photographer from The Post spotted the Knicks guard down in the photo pit at Arthur Ashe Stadium. Shamet was getting shots of the two American competitors alongside other credentialed photographers covering this year’s tournament.
The third edition of their live podcast experience — “The Roommates Show Block Party Presented by DoorDash” — will move from Central Park to Randall’s Island Park on Sept. 24 due to high demand for tickets after the Knicks secured their first title in 53 years. More than 4,000 tickets for this year’s show sold out in 90 seconds, with nearly 8,000 fans left on the waitlist, making this the potential largest live podcast event of all time. They will welcome special guests including Jose Alvarado, Mariska Hargitay, Jimmy Fallon, Spike Lee, Landry Shamet and more — plus musical performances from Fabolous, Jim Jones, Maino and Dave East. “I think it’ll be a great opportunity to celebrate with the fans and also celebrate the fans themselves,” Brunson said. “They showed up for us, so I’m just excited to show up for them in a fun and different environment.”
It’s the second ring of Landry Shamet’s summer. Fresh off of helping the Knicks win their first championship in 53 years, the sharpshooter has sparked engagement rumors as his partner Cameron Aimonetti was pictured in photos obtained by The Post with some new jewelry on her ring finger. The couple was pictured relaxing on the Amalfi Coast in Italy, with Aimonetti wearing a large rock on her left hand.

Shams Charania: Just in: Free agent guard Landry Shamet intends to sign a new four-year, $24 million deal to return to the New York Knicks, sources tell ESPN. Shamet's agent, George S. Langberg of GSL Sports Group, worked with Knicks executives on Monday to land the long-term commitment.
Ian Begley: Landry Shamet turned down the opportunity for bigger offers from other contenders to re-sign with the Knicks and defend the title, per sources. Those offers were coming if Shamet hit free agency. Instead, he and Knicks agree on 4-year, $24 million deal to bring him back to New York, as ESPN first reported. Bringing back Shamet was a priority for the club. If Knicks stay under second apron, it will be very difficult for them to now retain Mitchell Robinson.
Bobby Marks: The contract will allow New York to remain below the second apron after the roster is filled out. The Knicks have 11 players under contract.
The Heat is expected to try to add at least two skilled three-point shooters in free agency. Other options, listed here, include Landry Shamet, Anfernee Simons and Quentin Grimes, among others.

Every dollar counts as NYK operates as team that will not exceed 2nd apron in team salary. This approach makes it nearly impossible to find a realistic scenario where they can retain both Mitchell Robinson and Landry Shamet in free agency. ESPN reported that Knicks traded No. 31 and No. 55 to Houston for No. 39, No. 53 and a 2029 Kings second rounder.
Landry Shamet was trying to play it cool. The Knicks depth piece was casually seen on the subway in New York on Wednesday, going incognito with a hat and sunglasses in what seemed to be an attempt to disguise himself. However, some fans did recognize Shamet, 29, as he tried to be like every other New Yorker.
