Josh Lewenberg: Immanuel Quickley and Jamison Battle are questionable for tomorrow night’s game against the Lakers. Barrett, Poeltl and Walter remain out to start the West Coast trip.

Josh Lewenberg: A few changes to the Raptors’ injury report for tonight’s game vs the Clippers. Mamu (illness) has been upgraded to probable and Battle (ankle) has been ruled out. Barrett, Poeltl and Walter are out. Quickley still questionable.

The Raptors have upgraded Immanuel Quickley (illness) to available for Sunday’s game against Boston. Jamison Battle (left ankle sprain) has been ruled out.

Josh Lewenberg: X-rays negative on Battle’s ankle. He’s day-to-day.

Blake Murphy: Jamison Battle and Jonathan Mogbo are practicing with Raptors 905 today. 905 are off until Saturday, so just some extra reps with low minutes & Raps not practicing much this week with two B2Bs .

Michael Grange: Worth pointing out that Jamison Battle was with the Raptors at practice today which means (no surprise) that the Raptors have picked up the team option on his deal for 2025-26. Good for him, great result for an undrafted guy who was a Summer League invite this time last summer.
Michael Granger: Raptors sweep season series vs. Sixers in with 127-109 win. RJ Barrett with 31-5-5. Ja’Kobe Walter with 17-8-4 and 3/5 on 3s; Jamison Battle with 16 and 7, with 4/8 from 3. Fellow rookies Jonathan Mogbo (13) and Jamal Shead (11) give Raptors four rookies in double figures for first time in franchise history.

But as far how this started, Shead claims he has no idea. He saw Temple dancing and decided to join him, and the rest of the rookies followed. “He was just dancin’, and I started grooving and J-Mo (Mogbo) was behind me and started groovin’ and JB (Battle) was behind him and started groovin’ and so on and so forth,” is Shead’s version. “I’ve seen some video, I think it’s pretty cool.” Said Walter: “Temp and Jamal were pretty hyped, so since we’re young guys we just followed along.”

Michael Scotto: The Toronto Raptors signed Jamison Battle to a three-year, $5.25 million deal, which is fully guaranteed this season, is 50 percent guaranteed for the 2025-26 season, and is non-guaranteed for the 2026-27 season, league sources told @hoopshype. Blake Murphy: Jamison Battle's deal will be for the minimum the next two years, and only partially guaranteed. Wouldn't be surprised if the Raptors gave him a bit more than the minimum this year to entice the team-friendly 2025-26/2026-27 structure and reward him.

Shams Charania: The Toronto Raptors are converting two-way forward Jamison Battle to a three-year standard NBA deal, sources tell ESPN. The Ohio State product has averaged 5.4 points and 12.6 minutes for the Raptors this season.
