NBA star Ja Morant has sold his Eads, Tennessee mansion for $3.2 million after purchasing it in 2022 for around $3 million following his $200 million contract extension. The property sits just 62 feet from the home he bought for his parents in 2019, reflecting his desire to stay close to family. With over 13,000 square feet, the estate combines scale, privacy, and a layout built for both daily living and entertaining.

The Utah Jazz announced today that the team has signed guard Kennedy Chandler to a 10-day contract. Per team policy, terms of the deal were not released. Chandler (6-0, 170, Tennessee) has appeared in 42 games (41 starts) for the Delaware Blue Coats of the NBA G League during the 2025-26 season, averaging 17.0 points, 9.0 assists, 2.7 rebounds, and 1.9 steals in 34.7 minutes per game.
