“In Madison Square Garden I don’t think there is anything I would love more than that,” Smith said of the thought of playing against his former team. “To be honest, I really don’t think there is anything I would love more than that. I’m still good friends with everybody on that team, like I just did (Dorian Finney-Smith’s) camp, Luka calls me every other week, I just did the baseball game with (Devin Harris) and Dirk, you know all the older guys, I’m still friends with everybody on that team. But, you know I love to compete, so any chance I get to bust that ass, you know I’m good for it.”
Dwain Price: It's a final: @Dallas Mavericks 106, @Oklahoma City Thunder 103. Burke had 25 pts and 8 assists, Brunson had 18 pts, Devin had 15 pts, Powell had 11-9, Dirk had 7 pts and a season-high 13 reb. Mavs are 30-46 and will host Philly tomorrow at 7:30 p.m.
Devin Harris: “The guy sets a great example for the young guys. He works incredibly hard. He does everything the right way. It’s tough to see a guy like that go. … (Him staying on the bench) was exactly who he is, as a player and a person. (It’s) not surprising at all. He’s a class act all the way.
Dwain Price: Carlisle on Devin Harris; "He's a veteran that attacks, knows how to play. He gives us another guy who will make plays. He's been a definite positive factor. The @Dallas Mavericks are 4-0 this season when Harris has been available to play from the start of a game to the end of a game.
